Great!!! NATAS is OVER!!!!! 3 bloody full day work! 2 days in office 1 day in expo~ Okay i am counted lucky or watever....Coz i only get 1 day down at expo... Its was really really scary to me?! but time really pass by real fast as we're like customer service enquiry robot~ Coz customer flow is like non stop! I manage to have my late late lunch at 3 plus pm! GOSH! I notice i am counted the last 2 person to eat lo! I think my sitting place is having a really good feng shui...Lol~ Some even say they wanted to change place coz their side not much customer as us.... Funny~ Saw Issac! My ITE classmate! Anyway he was being invited last year to have a talk in ITE... This year i juz got inform tat i am being selected for this year! Issac encourage me to go for it coz there's "BIG" ppl over there n of coz don know wat under NATAS award?! N it will be really helpful on my resume! Okay I am excited to share my whole experience! My ITE days , Attachment days, being sign up as a full time staff, TMIS diploma student working as Part time n now back a confirm staff without any probation! =) Darn i got to prepare a 10-15 mins talk! grrr~ There's some helpline by my ITE lecturer....ERNIESSSSSSSSS PLS kill ur sister! Leave take untill so long! Lol~ faster faster! I wanna book our holiday as soon as possible! 26aug-28aug! Its getting nearer n nearer!!!I love my boss! Coz kitty told me even she go to Bintan don hav NETT price but me I got NETT price... Ahaha~ Now she know already next time muz ask the biggest boss! Den got NETT price...=p anyway the NETT price also not attractive....-_- n i understand how little WTS earn from Bintan holiday.Once i got my pay i spent on BODY SHOP! WTF~ I take n take n take... In the end $100 GONE! LOL~ but all is discounted items! Coz they got fair down at CCK lot 1... Dearly make no comment...=X Dearly is having his exam now! Darn! cannot disturb him this week... Coz he wan to clear all his subjects in good result. After tat he is having FYP for 3 months n attachment 3 months n n n NSSSSSS!!!! =(I wanted to watch alot of moviessss! This coming thursday off n i am not meeting him as friday paper is really hard. AHHHHHHh! So i date mom out to watch money not enough 2 wif me if not my off day is wasted man... hopefully she can make it...The MUMMY is out llaaaaaaaaaaa! Muz wait till next week then can watch wif dearly..... =( =( =(~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ytd kana scolded by customer....=( She is one big fuggin aunty! Okay i agree my face is emotionLESS...means no big smile or sian face....Coz I am juz tired! They only out 2 experience staff in office with 2 new ppl...Means me n connie muz like attend to 2 customer?! Abit pek chek really...but also i cannot blame ppl coz i was once a new staff too ma... Okay back to tat fatty aunty she enquire about clubmed package we got 1 for 1 promo... Its was really busy! So i look around for clubmed price list n i cant find MINE! So i told her sorry i cant find my price list.(I mean ask her to hold on for a while) In the mean time i walk away n ask who took it ma! N finally i found it in hand wif the new girl... Anyway tat aunty abit pek chek i think she misunderstand wat i meant....i don mean i don wan to find the list lo! Use ur fugging eyes n see me walking around n find anot! NB~ Den she got 2adults wif 3 kids...I need to calculate the pice ma! Also the promo 1 for 1 is juz not easy i got to add n filp to another page for information. While i was busy calculate the price she keep on asking me questions! So i stop n answer stop n answer n when i was back to my calculation I got to rethink wat i add! TMD... really dulan but i know i didnt show it out! Coz i was tired. CLUBMED lehhhh!If i calculate less how?! I got to top up my 1 month salary!If more customer DULAN complain more worst! So i need to do it correct!i always appreciate customer sit down n shut up while we're doing the price calculation we're not robot or computer! We only got 1 Brain wif 1 fuggin mouth!N while i calculate AGIAN aunty ask we got any promo for oversea package like HK or taipei.I replied yes.... only a few ten dollars discount... Den her husband DULAN walk off~(really only $25 off?!) Nvm i continue wif my job first... When i am done I show her the price. She ask wat is all those long calculation! (THANK GOD U CAN SEE HOW MUCH I CALCULATE!) I take a deep breath wanting to explain the cost....She ask me MISS I don think u wan to do my business! if u don wish to explain nvm! I wont book wif WTS travel! What kind of answer u gave us when we ask u wat discount u have for overseas package!Even my husband don wish to buy the package from u! WAT KIND OF SHIT LO! ^&^&%$#*()I was like -_-...I know i muz said sorry n SMILE!!!!!!!!! SMILE!!!!!! While i SMILE she more DULAN! She shout more louder! N Still I said SORRY n SMILE~~~ Ahahaha~ N she walk off like crazy women! Shouting SHIt SHit SHit~ During tat moment Connie not wif me! Only tat new girl..She say she too scare to look at the customer wait she also scold her! LOL~ If connie is around tat fugging aunty is going to being tok back by her lo! Coz earlier connie serve a customer tat fuging person also keep asking question while we calculating! Like wan us to mis calculate n make us pay the BALANCE! How EVIL la! So connie use a stern voice n told her customer off...Let me do finish calculation for you first den i will answer ur other enquiry~The customer like unhappy but didnt say much coz its really LOGIC or EQ ma! grrrrr!Okay I was quite shock n unexpected to being shout by that fat lady.... I hold on to my emotion! Forcing my tears not to drop! I know I was not in a wrong! Curse n swear tat kind of ppl! PLS LA AUNTY let me finish can?! If u're my first customer n i am really fresh in the day i can show u my BIG BIG BIG smile! But my marginal utility drop as u're counted the noon-evening customer~ I AM TIRED! i am sorry i know i should still show u my BIG smile n act i am super not tired n jump n cheerful voice but I AM HUMAN.... She will hav KARMA! Ahahaha~~~ur boss will work ur ASS OFF! Making ur mariginal utility of that day DROP TILL zero n sleep in ur office n SNORE loudly! N i will appear n tape down ur fugging face wif the snore sound! Ahahahaha~Enough of tat fat lady! heehee as wat u said i got really good customer! within a month or less i got customer buy me HP keychians! N food! heehee how nice of tat couple! They really make my day good!I don mean buy me things ppl are nice, the way they speak to me like i am like their daughter!Also I appreciate customer who don interupt me when i was doing calculation! They're nice too! =)Working afternoon shift today~~~
