I need a holiday break for myself... Want to plan but just cant coz dearly can not confirm... =( I need to get away from those irritating customer. Fuggin unreasonble ppl pls don come & look for me... eeek... I need dearly badly now... I wan to complain! but today we got no telepathy!
=( Everytime when I need him, I will got his call... Or maybe he cant really call me? Hmm... Am looking for reasons... haha...

Fug this customer scream & shout at me... Due to her passport less than 6 months can not dep to genting scold me! FUG lo... I notice it when am typing in her fugging details...
Anyway I know tat I am in a wrong in some way that while mdm A (who is darn nice) doing booking for her relatives... I didnt inform her passport needs at least 6 months to dep.BUT I did ask for all the passenger particulars & she didnt have it while doing booking COACH ticket only to genting. I ask her to fill up the form and pass it back to me. & she did... While she pass me the form I was darn busy only 2 ppl working... I was like 1 staff serving 2 customer at a same time while still got customer waiting... So I took the form without checking clearly all the passenger particulars coz anyway am going to key in when am free...

4days pass which 2 days is my off day... Today morning, am so free... I took out all the passenger particulars to key in...BTW all not urgent...
HA...I saw this fugging philipino whose passport is less than 6 months... Immediately I call mdm tan, she say she over look it... Will get back to me asap...Whether to change pax or faster re-new her relative passport...
Well... she told me her relative did renew passport but only can collect it after the dep... blah blah blah... Long story...

In the end, tat fuggin filipino wans a full refund... FUG U! She point out my mistake saying I didnt inform them when doing booking... Saying I shld got their full passport particulars before doing their booking etc... NB... COACH TICKET to genting... I wan ur passport particulars for fugging insurance... Just nice I saw ur pp less den 6 months... Okie I admit I shld inform u before hand but FUG it's not fuggin last min! still got more den half a month to get ur pp ready but she insist she cant got her passport in time! Tml Am going to check with the embassy really so long then pp will come out or she's lying... SO ANGRY...
Plus I did ask for ur particulars but ur relatives didnt provide me... Damn... After this issue... I make sure every fugging booking I do next time MUST key in lots of stuff lo... So many different kinds of ppl! I have seen enough... I am not someone who rmb to inform every tiny little things to every customer... COACH ticket to genting I got lots of things to point out already yet I still got this issue... I feel so bad... Why counter staff is always being treated like this!

Anyway mdm A is nice... She speaks nicely etc... She told me she aunty don know abt this but tat filipino who works in the airport service line! CB... MEANS she fugging knew it lo... Still urgue saying last month she travel to malaysia no prob less den 6 months... FINE...U wan to take risk go ahead! I thought I did inform mdm tan abt pp must more den 6 months coz almost every customer I do booking I will ask this... but SO SUAY, I forget to ask her... At first I insist I did ask her coz the filipino tok so rude...so I also stand very firm but when tok to mdm A...she explains everything & she confirm I never ask or inform her... Okie lo... I told her am sorry tat I never inform... Mdm A still says she understands coz I was also really busy when doing her booking plus even when she came down to pass me the details... I mean how can I be rude to someone like her... She treat me nice so I must also respect her...

Feels like doing full refund for mdm A... I will admit all my fault but due to stupid filipino who treat all counter staff like moron, call every where and fake asking whether less den 6 months can dep or not... Wan to find some scapegoat... CCB... Luckly all got team work or I mean kpo...haha...I WILL NOT DO A FULL refund coz I did ask for their passport particular in the first place... Plus am not letting them know during last min... I told mdm A best I can do is 50% refund... Fug filipino already knew ur pp less den 6 months still like this make ppl like hard ... Really very ............. If u don know nvm... I can speak to my supervisor see how things go... but she knew it leh! HOW CAN LIKE THIS ONE! She knew it before hand, renew her passport but her passport can only be ready after the dep... DAMN... I shld ask her this question just now! U KNEW UR PP LESS DEN 6 MONTHS WHY STILL WAN TO BOOK. CCB! DONT SAY U DON KNOW! SERVICE LINE IN AIRPORT PLUS U KNEW IT BEFORE HAND SO U RENEW UR PP. Why I so stupid ar... let ppl scold... arghhhhhh

Yesterday got this super nice customer came down and pass me a jug of handmade cookies by her... =) SWEET! She even decorate the jug full of stickers... =D

Okie la not everytime got irritating ppl... some time there're angels who makes me feel that what I've done is worth while...

Dearly pass his IBBT today... =) Means he do not need to stay back this week but hor am working full day for this weekend... Everyday work...Don have time to acc dearly but he understand now... Coz I let him know way before hand etc...He must be a big boy can not throw temper...
I so happy tat he pass...
So he got more time to rest during weekends...Maybe can come & fetch me after my work... & we can have late dinner tgt... =)

Last sat... Watch Haeundae: The Deadly Tsunami with dearly... We both at first feel tat it will be so fake etc but after tat movie... Thumbs up! I just keep crying during the movie... This movie teach us to treasure & trust ur another half no matter wat! The 3'oclock guy moment is so touching! MUST WATCH... Dearly feel sad but of coz he didnt cry... haha...

After movie with my puffy eyes we went to TAKA to buy my bag...=) Dearly plan this! Burberry bag not nice leh... Da sao blue label from Japan is way pretty den those in SG... So burberry bag out... Gucci having sales for dbs cc... Most of the stocks are old plus not nice one!
Dearly got piss off coz I just could not made up my mind! I saw this $1080 bag at first I wanna buy but I went back the second time trying it out... I just feel the bag is way too big for my size! So ugly on me... darn... So I don like this bag on me... LOL... Dearly no comment on this bag...he just feel not bad... everything not bad la...-_- He say it's still a bag... All design seems the same to him... In the end I got piss off with him too... LOL... Cant he say something like straight? Not nice just say no la! Yes, just say yes! But to him is okay okay lo... WA LEW... I dont wan to spend 1k over a bag which look OKAY on me...WTH... Plus I rather wait for the promo to finish coz GUCCI is so pack with ppl during their sales... In the end dearly suggust we will go back there again when there's no sales plus maybe got new stock... Well...he didnt force me to buy while me stress up over there... On which bag I actually like! BUT nth I LIKE... until I must buy... Dearly angry... =p he say ppl stress up or don wish to buy coz they need to fork out money on their own... NOW is Me buying a bag for u, U stress...-_-
Okay... I know am being nonsense but I just don see any bag I like! Plus I guess am still no ready to spend this kind of money... Dearly hard earn money...
I told dearly if I see any bag I like I will sure 100% buy! Next time k! Not urgent...
