Hong Kong Day 1 - 4 Sep 2011 Finally I have been to Hkg! Actually shopping and eating over there was okay not really fantastic to me... Only love the fact that we visited Disneyland! Mr Yip say am sucha little kiddo... :) Seriously it's the happiest place on earth! Cant wait to go to Japan and USA Disneyland... SQ promotional fare!  Staying in Eaton hotel and my review for this hotel is gd location but service is bleah.... Maybe I super suay kana serve by that guy receptionist... No smile no nth... Plus he dare to give me LOUSY ROOM. OMFG... it's my first time going overseas staying in hotel that make me piss off... It's Yip who is calming me down always. He actually place us at the lowest floor and the lift is right in front of our room. Which means 24hrs we keep hearing those DING DING DING sound from the lift. Freaking piss off! Didn't sleep well for 2 nights and I conclude enough is enough! Went down and speak to him asking him whether he know that am travel agent and I am very disappointed with such room arrangement. He said ya he know... Oh ya before that some colleagues told me to request for room upgrade as they are granted for it... So I wanna try my luck but if no upgrade also okay since I also in service line some time hotel room running full or wat, must understand... BUT u know what he replied? " U wan upgrade, U have to PAY for it." In freaking rude manner! I was shock... It's my first time hotel staff replied me in this way... coz I do have replied like, We will try our best, or sorry the rooms are full or etc kind. Any way of any how as long as you are polite am fine BUT this guy! Omg... Nvm... Stay calm maybe he quarrel with his gf or wat... N when I know my room was actually one floor above the lobby n the life so near! Like 5 foot steps away from my door... I though hey gd location BUT no sound proof... DING DING DING 24hrs until my head going Ding dong...  So after 2 nights I decided to request for room change, SAME category room I also don mind. Don need upgrade I also don mind just give me a peaceful room for me to sleep after whole day running about. Went back to him and same, NO SERVICE! I handle myself amazingly but I know that am not going to recommend this hotel to all my customers! It's making me more piss when I keep pushing Eaton to ALL my client who want to visit HKG. N I got this shit. Any way he DID Upgrade my room at first am alright with it... Not bad wat... BUT still old rooms, not those newer ones... NVM... can sleep can already. any way I still got two more nights what... First night... slept peacefully maybe am really tired... Woke up feeling itcy from my arms n leg, thinking maybe due to my skin being sensitive... So two nights pass... Reach SGP, saw dearly back all red spots! Mine is hands n leg all red spots... I thought it's smth that we have consume...
A couple of days later, Eaton send me an email requesting for our feedback and survey. FINE I WILL DO IT! Feedback until ...... that's the longest feedback I have up in my life! (Means am a easy person BUT don push ur luck!) I rmb I said smth like I wont be recommending Eaton smart to client anymore due to WHY SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF EATON IF EATON DON'T TAKE CARE OF ITS TRAVEL PARTNERS! (Power, conclude wat I wanted to say) Within 24hrs management of Eaton send me an email explaining that was not their usual standard and free upgrade to suite in my next visit! OH YA REALLY!
Notice that our red spots on our body haven gone off and its itcy!!! I told yip we got prob is it and u know wat he say?! He say he know that it's the bed bugs in the second room that fucking guy gave to us! NNB... Yip didn't want me to be piss off so keep quiet abt it if not I sure hoo ha over there. Yip still can apply cream for me etc... act normal only... WA... If I know its bed bug that feedback is turning complaint email BUT I didn't pursue the matter further... coz it's over already why harp on it since we are back safe.
Am Thankful that I know those red itcy spots are bed bugs issue. So next time I will know wat to do if I got this shit again.
Actually for Eaton there are some really gd staff who made our day... Even recommended that staff to the Eaton management... :) I hope he will excel in his work...
