This photo was taken 3 to 4 years ago by buddy chin... I love this snap! Super candid and can see tat I am having fun by screaming around just like buddy ernies. We get high and we will scream and shout in excitement! Lol~ Rmb Redang trip?! Those bread throwing and fish coming around u... =p No wonder U wan to bring cs to redang too... Coz u wan to see him screaming in horror right?! LOL... Nahh kidding but Phuket also got! Lets get those guys screaming!

There's a couple around in their 30 to 40. They actually wanna book genting with me but they asked abt Macau so I intro to them, In the end they choose Macau... I told him it take latest 3 working days to process. I serve them like abt 2 hr to 3 hr! Tat was consider really long for me... While doing booking for Macau I am VERY SURE I did inform them NO TRANSFER is being provided, even my colleagues beside me knew it coz I did asked her ma... N she also told them NO TRANSFER from airport to hotel to airport. I even mention taking Cab got meter etc like SIngapore blah blah blah...

The next day after they book. Tat fugging guy spam my email sending me Tiger airways online amount saying I earn him total $20. I told him coz tiger airways always change their price without pior notice plus I can only book ur airticket when ur hotel is confirm. Of coz I mark up $20 first coz due to my experience I think he's someone who's very MAO with his money... Indeed I am damn correct! He told me he wan to additional 1 baggage allowance additonal $25... FINE I never collect the $5 from them le... N he called up again saying cancel Macau change to HKG! WTH... Say I cheat him due to my "Innocence" look! WAT THE FUG! Wat stupid reason! I cheat u? BLACK AND WHITE is just all I have... U're the one who agree did I point a pistrol at u! NVM, U wan to change I check whether confirm hotel already or not... If confirm den tats too bad...
So I check and Indeed confirm already how to change... Call him up he say where got so fast confirm! He say i said 3 working days den confirm! WTH... IS LATEST 3 working days...

The next day he spam me email again give me internet hotel rate! I know it's so much cheaper due to hotel got promo. While us is having agent rate. Wont change if there's promo... Macau price for us is the same as other travel agent. If other places there's difference....
I IGNORE his email... Coz he's just crazy! I told him if u still wan to cancel or change SORRY FULL charge ur airticket coz I already book. Cannot cancel without valid reason.... He of coz bo bian coz he already put $450 deposit... If he wan to play with me. HA!!! Ur $450 GONE... I still need to top up his airticket amount... Quite worry tat he really will cancel den I need to fork out money myself. But before tat I must stand my right really really strong can not let tat fucker see tat I am scare.

After 1 week later he came down, It's my off day! My colleagues settle him and he make my colleagues call me up. Of coz I said NO CHANGES!
Tat bian tai even ask for my HP number from my colleagues luckly they clever never give. Or I mean Can not give de ma! Who knows tat bian tai wan to do to me... Comment abt my Innocence look already made me thinks tat he's colour wolf!

2 of my colleagues help me called him up to ask him to make the balance payment. Since they help me called twice, so I never called him... second colleagues called him. He ask her WHY JESSICA NEVER CALL ME... I WAN HER TO CALL ME.... ^&&^%@#$%^&

DARN piss off... Okie I called him up he was asking me why I MIA never call him blah blah blah... I got my reason my colleagues call u up already so I do not need to call u up again to ask for money coz some customer dont like... Then he's like really meh, u all so nice help each other? OF COZWE"RE COLLEAGUES we help each other... My laughter put in some invisible knife and throw into his freaking face!

After a few days he ask abt Visa abt his wife. Of coz I faster check and get back to him la...Luckily PR don need Visa to Macau.


His beautiful and nice China wife made payment the other day... I ask her to sign a form to protect myself coz I know he's crazy! The form is Customer are to check everything are correct, If there's any issue WE"RE not going to entertain!
HA!!!

Luckily!!!! The day he depart... crazy man sister came down as usual I am not around... So She left her number... When I report for work... I see tat fugging name I nearly faint. I thought depart already!!!
I called up TWICE no answer off hp...Nvm I call u already never pick up...
She called, saying I PROMISE got transfer! WTFFFFFFF~~~ I said NO! She say I mention got 1 way transfer! WTFFFFF~~~~ I told her sorry hor the invoice black and white don have! Then she told me our package very expensive bluff ppl money internet so cheap! I told her off! Internet no BETWEEN ppl working... We agent also need to earn wat! If u got problem overseas at least U know who to look for. While if u book internet if hotel just nice no room for u.. TOO BAD sleep on the road! So she mention they got problem over there tat no transfer is provided, I need to help to provide transfer! WTFFFFFFFFFF again.... I TOLD HER NO TRANSFER FOR MACAU!!!!
She say my service blah blah blah,,, I told her NOT good? If NOT good why i serve Mr chung ( which is his fugging bro) for 2 to 3 hours! Den she mention abt change tour package to HKG,I dont let them change.... Take 3 days to process why I so fast confirm! I DIRECTLY SHOOT HER! HELLO MISS I SAID LASTEST 3 WORKING DAYS! OTHER CUSTOMER WAN US TO CONFIRM THEIR TOUR ASAP WHILE U PPL VERY FUNNY WAN US TO CONFIRM LATER!
She lost of words... saying WTS is near to her house so they book form us...etc.... YA I KNOW! SO wat NO TRANSFER MEANS NO! Coz she keep saying I verbally said YES!

I really can not myself anymore... I RISE MY VOICE become really angry and firm tat I DID NOT MENTION TRANSFER, I ask her why u ppl loves to put words inside ppl mouth does this benefit u in a long term?! I can feel tat she's gulity coz behind conversation her voice is like monotone... Like trying to GET FREE stuff... FUCK right... but still don wan to let go! STILL INSIST. U INSIST I also will coz not my fucking problem! She say she will write in. OH PLS DO! I told her...

If my manager due to this issue gib u refund or wat so ever I am going to JUMP! Later got to infrom him not to!As WTS is not easy to bully hor! Customer SO?! King and queen right?! YES I provide u my service but not letting u STEP ON US if tat's not our problem!

Fugging retards, I am very sure they don find cheaper price den us coz I NEVER add the airport tax of $180 per pax for them! Luckily my operation help me if not I die...
Still say EXPENSIVE! WTH LA!

I HOPE U AT MACAU LOST MONEY UNTIL U NEVER WEAR PANTS!

After telephone conversation... I can feel tat My face is red my heart is running fast!I cant breathe! I keep taking deep long breath!There's another customer who is in front of me somehow know part of my cnversation feel unhappy for me! Like WHY THIS KIND of ppl like this... They told me take it easy not ur fault wat... All black and white no worries... The problem is not I am worry I am just angry why got this of ppl living. They shld DIE... Of coz tat was in my mind i never said out... Lol... After calming myself I am ready to serve them... =)

There's nice ppl around but at times I just could not take it... Can U imgine My hands are shaking? I am angry until like this! This is the very first time I feel like this... After serving nice ppl, Dearly called! OMG once in a blue moon during his Tekong he called me... Of coz I complain my whole heart out... He's there listening... Ke lian me... I know he wish tat I do not need to work... But How can don work! Can not due to 1 fugging ppl I gave up my job. I am going to STAY and wait for them next time! I am very sure they're coming back!

Wait and see! I may look Innocence and young but HAAAAAAAA! U"RE FUGGING wrong! Think argue I will give u TRANSFER! Or complain I will give u transfer. WAIT LONG LONG!
